Sun City Summerlin is located about 10 miles west of the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran Airport. This was the first Del Webb community built in Las Vegas from 1989 to 1999. It is close to casinos, Summerlin's fine shopping and dining, and the gorgeous Red Rock Canyon Park.

 This 2,400 acre leisure community has nearly 7800 homes ranging from 1000 sq.ft. to 3,000 sq.ft. Many have fine views of mountains, the Vegas Strip & one of three golf courses.
